The {C. sodada} is an almost leafless spiny shrub of central Africa (Soudan), Arabia, and southern India, with edible berries. {Bean caper}. See {Bran caper}, in the {Vocabulary}. {Caper sauce}, a kind of sauce or catchup made of capers.
